Atom Medical Europe, based in Abbiategrasso (Milan), is the regional headquarters for all European countries. Following its reorganization as a local legal entity in 2026 (AME – Atom Medical Europe S.r.l), the office operates as a fully independent entity within the Atom global network. Our European headquarter is a multifunctional center that combines sales, clinical training, technical support, logistics, customer support, and warranty management.

Logistics are structured around two distinct warehouses. Our warehouse in Abbiategrasso manages spare parts, consumables, accessories, and maintenance-related items. The second warehouse, located in The Netherlands and operated by Nippon Express (NXNL), handles all capital equipment, add-on and accessories . The Dutch hub serves the entire European territory, ensuring faster and more cost-effective deliveries.

A team of seven professionals cover the entire value chain, from sales and installation to clinical training, technical support, warranty management, and post-sales service, always with “tiny babies’ life” at the centre of every decision
