Dual Incu i

Two modes, one solution for the entire care pathway

From the first moments of life, temperature stability is critical. Infa Warmer i is a radiant warmer designed to accompany the newborn through the entire critical pathway – from delivery room admission to intensive care. It offers a comprehensive set of clinical tools that assist medical staff during resuscitation, routine care, and emergency procedures, ensuring that both patient and caregiver needs are met at every stage.

Two configurations, one continuous care experience

Incubator mode, protecting the most vulnerable

In incubator mode, the transparent hood creates a controlled microenvironment that protects the infant from external temperature fluctuations, draughts and noise. The large transparent hood provides excellent visibility for both clinicians and parents, even during humidification.

Warmer mode, facilitating open access

When the canopy is raised, the device transforms into a radiant warmer, providing open access to the infant for procedures, examinations, and direct care. Our Far-Infrared heater provide the baby with an high effective thermoregulation. The electrical canopy lift allows smooth, controlled movement between modes. The mattress can be pre-heated to ensure a stable thermal environment during open care, minimising heat loss even when the infant is fully exposed.

Continuity through transport

With the optional Power Pack I, the Dual Incu i can maintain full functionality during intra-hospital or inter-facility transport. This means the infant can remain in the same device from delivery room to NICU (Thermoregulation, Humidity, Oxygen, Hi-Low, SpO2, Canopy and Display are active). This continuity of care reduces handling, minimises thermal stress, and supports a smoother transition through the care pathway.

Thermal stability

The air curtain system minimises temperature drops when the snap-open access ports are opened, preventing ambient air from entering the incubator and maintaining a stable thermal environment during care interventions. This means clinicians can perform procedures without compromising the infant’s thermal comfort.

Clean and accessible design

The electrostatic filter can be checked for cleanliness through a transparent window and exchanged easily without tools. The humidity chamber can be easily detached and cleaned, and the component parts of the incubator are designed for thorough cleaning.

Patient positioning and imaging

The mattress platform can be tilted smoothly and continuously without opening the admittance panel, allowing optimal positioning for procedures or postural drainage. The X-ray cassette tray is accessible from either side of the incubator.

Safety and visibility

The double-lock system prevents unintended opening of the admittance panels, providing an additional layer of safety. The large transparent hood offers thorough visibility of the infant from all angles, supporting clinical observation and parental interaction.

Warmer mode, open access when you need it most

When the canopy is raised, Dual Incu i provides the open access essential for procedures, resuscitation, and direct care.

Prompt treatment capability

The warmer mode is ideal for the delivery room and NICU, where rapid access to the infant may be required. Atom Far-Infrared technology and the pre-warmed mattress ensure a stable thermal environment.

Resuscitation readiness

An optional resuscitation unit can be attached to the Dual Incu i, allowing prompt intervention without the need to transfer the infant to a separate resuscitation table.

Caregiver-focused design, enhancing efficiency and monitoring

Dual Incu i incorporates features that support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care like our intuitive touch control panel.

The colour touchscreen offers intuitive operation and easy identification of each parameter, reducing the learning curve and enabling rapid adjustments. Clear visual feedback supports confident decision-making.

Comprehensive trend display

The trend display function helps clinicians identify changes in the infant’s vital signs and the environment within the incubator, including air temperature, skin temperature, relative humidity, oxygen concentration, heater output, SpO₂, and pulse rate.

Weight monitor

The optional weight monitor allows the infant’s weight to be measured directly in the incubator, displayed in 1g increments.
