A fully operational hub that covers the entire medical equipment value chain. This multi‑layer structure allows Atom Medical Europe (AME) to combine local presence with centralised European coordination – responding quickly, acting locally, and thinking always of the tiniest patients.

Atom Medical Europe, based in Italy, is the regional headquarters for all European countries. Following its reorganization as a local legal entity in 2026 (AME – Atom Medical Europe S.r.l), the office operates as a fully independent entity within the Atom global network. Our European headquarter is a multifunctional center that combines sales, clinical training, technical support, logistics, and customer support.

Logistics are structured around two distinct warehouses (Italy and The Netherlands) serving the entire European territory, ensuring faster and more cost-effective deliveries, and maintenance-related items. The second warehouse, located in The Netherlands and operated by Nippon Express (NXNL), handles all capital equipment, add-on and accessories . The Dutch hub serves the entire European territory, ensuring faster and more cost-effective deliveries.

A team of seven professionals cover the entire value chain, from sales and installation to clinical training, technical support, warranty management, and post-sales service, always with “tiny babies’ life” at the centre of every decision
