For distributor technical support teams, ATOM has developed a specialized program that balances knowledge with practicality.
Our sessions include hands‑on sessions with actual devices, covering everything from electrical safety checks to sensor calibration, software updates and alarms inspection. Participants learn to identify common failure patterns as well as efficient troubleshooting workflows that minimize device downtime.
Beyond technical skills, the program emphasizes communication: how to gather the right information from end-users and how to escalate complex issues to ATOM’s headquarters. Attendants who complete the training contribute to effectively make ATOM accomplish the credit earned over a long history in term of total cost of ownership.
This training program has been designed for hospital biomedical engineers responsible for keeping ATOM incubators in perfect working order. Use this form to request calibration, preventive maintenance, or fault diagnosis training delivered on site or at our ATEC (ATOM European Training Centre).
