Why does our tech-serv trainings matter? ATOM incubators must be installed perfectly calibrated. A drift away from the set temperature by as little as 0.5°C might increases the risk of cold stress, most of all for pre-term babies. Similarly, a poorly maintained humidity system may fail to deliver the exact humidity amount, leading to higher risks of contamination as well.
Participants learn to inspect ATOM’s equipment and to hold all the tools for quick and reliable interventions. The goal is simple: keep every ATOM incubator in a state where clinicians can trust it completely. When a tiny life hangs in the balance, the equipment must be as reliable as the team using it.
This training is designed for our Business Partners technical support teams who respond to hospital calls.
